Submit a Parent/Guardian Consent Form

Parent/Guardian consent only needs to be provided once

New students need a completed Parent/Guardian Consent Form once during their high school/home school career.

Submit Approval For Registration

a new form must be submitted every term (fall, spring, summer)

Approval For Registrations are required for you to take classes online and at the SBCC campus. A new form must be submitted for every term.

Approval for Registrations are processed manually in the order they are received; please allow up to 5 business days to process. You will receive email updates and can view the progress of your submitted forms in your SBCC email. Please check your email regularly.

Submit Course Prerequisite (if needed)

In some cases, approval is required if the prerequisite was not completed at SBCC. Examples of popular courses with prerequsites include:

• Any language course numbered 102 or higher
• MATH 114, 130, 137, 149, 150
• ENGL C1000 (Formerly ENG 110)
• STAT C1000 (Formerly MATH 117)
